I think you did a great job on your elevator pitch. Many professionals are so busy, especially those who travel often for work, there is very little time to decide where to eat. Many large corporate buildings will have restaurants or quick “grab-n-go" spots inside their offices. I think you did a great job explaining the need of the people along with providing a solution. Good work!
Amazing job with this assignment, Avery! Especially considering this is the first draft of your elevator pitch, excellent!! You have laid a solid foundation with this pitch and my guess is that it will only get better. One of the elements that I appreciate about your video is how clean and professional it looks. You were able to put yourself together in a professional manner during these quarantine times and I have MAD respect for that!!
I wish at the beginning you introduced yourself. After that I wish you had this great hook like a fact or a statement. I did like how you defined this, because I didn’t know about it before. It seemed, because of your pace, that you were having a regular conversation with us. I liked at the very end where you asked to talk with us more, like another meeting.
You did incredibly well on your first attempt at the elevator pitch! You spoke very eloquently, and most importantly, you spoke at a good pace (not too fast and not too slow). I loved the example you provided regarding Steve Jobs---it was a perfect reference that allowed me to better understand the concept you were explaining regarding decision fatigue! You also provided great statistical information which displayed your knowledge regarding this product field.
